At Adda Studio, we are a small independent business and every piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in small quantities. We truly want you to love your jewelry, and we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re satisfied while keeping our operations sustainable.
Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our pieces.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or experiences a breakage within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at info@addastudio.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Adda Studio.
Returns & exchanges (Non-EU orders)
Outside of defective items or the European Union cooling-off period outlined below, we are currently unable not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we strive to satisfy our customers by providing exchange options on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for an exchange :
- The request must be sent within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be unworn and unused and in its original packaging
Approval of an exchange is at the discretion of Adda Studio.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective items.
European Union - 14 day cooling off period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@addastudio.ca within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Sale items
Please note that all items marked as "on sale" or "discounted" are considered final sale. All gift cards are considered final sale as well. Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for change-of-mind purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or non-conforming products.
How to make a return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@addastudio.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Unless required by law (e.g., defective items or EU withdrawal rights), customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if the customer arranges the shipment. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping services.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
In the case of a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@addastudio.ca.
