Delivery Zones
We offer delivery to the following zones:
- Canada, United States & International countries
Please note that restrictions may apply to certain countries due to customs regulations or other logistical constraints. Please check the delivery information when placing your order to verify if we ship to your country.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of placing your order, based on the delivery destination, package weight, and shipping options you have chosen.
Processing Times
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take up to 3 days before shipping it to you. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be indicated when placing your order.
Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping methods to deliver your orders:
- Canada Post, UPS, DHL, Intelcom, and others.
You will be able to select your preferred shipping method when placing your order, based on the options available for your delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and the delivery destination. The estimated delivery time will be shown once the shipping address in entered when placing your order. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.
Taxes and Customs Duties
For international orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control.
Unless otherwise stated, Adda Studio ships orders on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Orders delivered within Canada are not subject to customs duties. Applicable federal and provincial sales taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Adda Studio is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
